Michal Halva
*1964 in Brno
Michal Halva has drawn end painted since his childhood. He studied the art history at prof. M. H. Heindlová.
His artworks are full of mysterious and stylized figures, ciphers, symbols and signs and attract the observer by it´s magic atmosphere of an exceptional and supernatural world. Paintings by Halva stimulate our imagination and call for a reflection and searching for context.
The exceptionality of his work attracted attention even in Japan, where he had several independent exhibitions. His paintings has been exhibited in galleries in the Czech republic as in Europe. His work is represented in private collections all over the world.
